1. The service
MakeItFun lets you create designs (with AI or your own images) and order them printed on products. Products are produced and shipped on demand by our print partner (Printful). Mockups are previews; small colour and placement differences on the physical product are normal for print-on-demand.
2. Your content
You confirm that you own or may use any image or text you upload or describe, and that it does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, personality rights or the law. We may refuse or cancel orders with such content (for example protected characters or brand logos). AI prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate the design image; see the Privacy Policy.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the app in CHF and include the product and the shipping line shown at checkout; taxes or import duties of the destination country, if any, are borne by you. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is placed when the payment is confirmed.
4. Production, shipping and cancellation
Custom products are made for you. You can cancel until production starts (full refund); afterwards cancellation is not possible. If a product cannot be produced or shipped to your address, we refund the order in full.
5. Defects
If a product arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with photos; we reprint or refund. Returns for other reasons are not possible for custom products.
6. Account
You need an account to order. You can delete it in the app (Profile); we then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep order records by law.
7. Liability and law
We are liable for intent and gross negligence; otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland, mandatory consumer law notwithstanding.
